Nice to meet you here! I am a board certified licensed psychologist working with a diverse range of clients with needs ranging from adjustment difficulties and stress to more persistent anxiety and depression. I have a strong background in CBT, stress management, and evidence-based treatments for reducing anxiety and improving mood. I am board certified in clinical health psychology and also specialize in working with individuals with medical and health conditions. I am currently on staff at NYU Langone Health as a senior psychologist with a clinical assistant professor faculty appointment.
