I hold National Board Certification as a Clinical Psychologist in AZ. Psychotherapy with me helps you discover your preconscious tools. These tools improve your life's journey toward self-actualization. You may be struggling with stress or matters of the heart. You may have a psychological diagnosis for moods, anxiety, trauma or depression. I consult with high functioning clients, such as the very successful or aspiring professionals who want to improve personal strengths and coping skills. Forensic consults are seen through lawyers or Courts. Telepsychology is for counseling now. EMDR is on hold, as no in person help occurs . As a Fellow in Clinical Psychology, I offer individual psychotherapy to adults & seniors for stress, matters of the heart & trauma. You can learn individualized strategies for resource building and clinical hypnosis concepts. I accept many BCBS plans with copays and rates. Private & forensic cases that can be set up for you are not paid for by insurance.
