I have enjoyed over 20 years of working with a diverse range of clients of all ages, addressing multiple needs in various settings. While creating a safe and supportive environment, my work with clients is collaborative; assisting clients to feel empowered and inspired to face challenges and embrace change, helping clients define their meaning of recovery, and developing goals specific to clients' needs. Areas of focus include: Life transitions such as marriage, family planning, new career, retirement, death; relationship issues, military family challenges, trauma, anxiety and mood disorders.
