Helping people break free from dysfunctional patterns and seeking to develop a meaningful and full life has been my passion always. I strongly believe that we don't have to suffer and feel imprisoned by old negative patterns no matter what early painful or dysfunctional experiences we've experienced. We all have a right to happiness and self-fulfillment. The freedom one experiences from healing one's life through personal transformation and creating purpose and fulfillment is a worthwhile goal which I feel honored to help clients strive for. Our first session would include introduction to my style and clients expectations. Client is free to ask or discuss important concerns they have for future therapy. We can discuss viewpoints, goals, and expectations together and plan how we would proceed to see if this therapy would be a good fit.
