I am a highly skilled, compassionate and solutions oriented clinician dedicated to providing exceptional care for better mental health and wellness. Cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychology, creative arts therapies, parenting, stress and relaxation therapies, mindfulness are some of the tools I am adept in. I am a licensed professional counselor and board certified dance/movement psychotherapist (BC=DTR) since 1990. I have worked in many clinical settings, both inpatient and outpatient,children through adults serving a wide range of clinical issues.
