The first step is realizing you want, need and desire a change! The next step is deciding to make a change. My experience working with people in need of support or change can help, all while using a strengths based perspective to help individuals realize they can heal. Whether it's depression, anxiety, life changes or stress, there is always the potential for a better life. I facilitate the healing process using a myriad of therapeutic approaches unique to the individual all while providing a safe place to express yourself without judgement.
