As a therapist and licensed Methodist clergy, I believe in a holistic approach to healing—caring for the mind, soul, and body. I specialize in supporting individuals through grief, anxiety, and depression, as well as those navigating the journey of having a disability (I'm fluent in ASL). LGBTQI+ identity and expression is a specialty of mine, parenting frustrations, adjustment disorders, adoption or just navigating the times we live in.
