Coping with stress, anxiety, depression, difficult relationships or significant transitions can make one’s life journey feel challenging. Therapy offers an opportunity to identify effective ways to work toward meeting your personal goals for growth, a more balanced life and rewarding relationships. I work individually with children, adolescents, adults, parents, and caregivers on a range of issues, including trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, effective communication, boundary work, self-acceptance, family estrangement, co-parenting, and blended family work. In my practice, I utilize an empathic, non-judgemental, strengths-based, and trauma-informed approach to best understand what brings you to therapy and support you on your healing journey.
