Welcome—I'm so glad you're here. I provide counseling for adults and teens in Georgia (in-person & online) and Florida (online only). My approach is warm, relational, and compassionate. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Over the years, I’ve worked with clients dealing with a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family or relationship stress, work or academic pressures, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to cope. Together, we create a path forward that feels empowering. I use a variety of modalities (CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction) to get to the root of your concerns and support real, lasting change. Whether you're navigating daily stress or working through deeper emotional pain, we’ll focus on building tools to help you feel more centered, capable, and confident in your life.
