I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, and throughout my career as a therapist, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals across the lifespan, with a focus on anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, and life transitions. My primary goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported—whether you're navigating depression, anxiety, trauma, anger management, or simply feeling stuck. I believe healing is a layered process, and that we are always growing and evolving.
