I am a licensed professional counselor with a masters in counseling psychology. I have been working as a therapist for 20+ years. I am passionate about helping women navigate the various stages of their life, especially the perimenopausal period. Women go through a variety of changes physically, emotionally, and mentally during this time in ways that are often misunderstood even by experienced therapists. I have dedicated time and energy to understanding how this transition effects us and how to navigate it with a sense of power and optimism.
