From the outside, you seem to have it all together. Inwardly though, things feel complicated and painful and sometimes overwhelming. Everyone else seems to just move through life so easily, but you don't feel like you ever will. Relationships are hard, self-acceptance is hard, and memories are often more painful than you can manage. I help adults with childhood and complex trauma accept their past and learn to love themselves regardless of what they were taught to believe about themselves. I'm so glad you're here. I work with individuals with childhood trauma and with people experiencing grief, both of which I have myself experienced. People are holding a lot of grief right now. I hope I can help.
