I offer psychotherapy for people seeking relief from emotional suffering, experiences of disconnection, or untenable situations in their lives and relationships. I am committed to building an energetic and collaborative therapeutic relationship that can help you better understand your motivations and needs and experience a more authentic and vital connection with yourself and others. I regard symptoms, whether related to anxiety, disembodiment, depression, compulsive behaviors, low self-esteem, or unsatisfying patterns in your relationships, as opportunities for growth when approached with curiosity, compassion, and respect. I have expertise in treating difficulties related to embodiment, whether due to disordered eating, trauma, or gender dysphoria. I am a supervisor and faculty member of WTCI and teach at other psychoanalytic institutes in NYC. I am an advanced candidate at the Institute for the Psychoanalytic Study of Subjectivity.
