Kids can be a handful. Relationships can be complicated. Life can get stressful and even traumatizing. I specialize in counseling in the areas of depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, learning disabilities and life changes. I work with supporting parents counseling children through behavior problems, and advocating for them in our educational system I work with adults struggling with relationships, executive functioning, and personal well being.
