As a strengths-based clinician, I take a client-centered approach and tailor therapy to meet your unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based practices & believe in working collaboratively with you—honoring your lived experience while offering tools, guidance, & support along the way. My diverse experiences consist of working within therapeutic high schools, PHP/IOP, care management & mental health clinics. These endeavors have given me a strong foundation in understanding individual & family needs; assisting individuals develop & maintain sustainable resources & supports.
