Life can feel confusing, overwhelming, and even lonely at times—but you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. I am here to help young adults who are feeling stuck, anxious, or sad, especially during big life changes. I understand how tough it can be to manage stress, loss, or anxiety, that’s why I create a safe, welcoming space where you can heal and grow. As the daughter of Vietnamese refugees, I also have a special place in my heart for Asian Americans who are working through family challenges and generational struggles. I help my clients understand and heal from the past so they can move forward with confidence.
