Together, we can work on identifying the stresses and issues in your life. My approach is client-centered and psychodynamic while being gentle, caring and encouraging. I provide a safe, warm office atmosphere for you to explore what is making it difficult for you to be happy and to be yourself. I enjoy talking with clients about their present dilemmas as well as revisiting old hurts that need to be healed. I have graduate degrees in developmental psychology and social work, for a combined 20 years of practice with a wonderful variety of individuals, groups and families.
