I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) with 27 years of experience. I grew up in a small South Carolina town, and my southern roots run deep. Over the years, I’ve worked across several areas of the helping profession, including child welfare, substance use treatment, and mental health residential care programs. My practice integrates evidence-based approaches to address self-esteem, anxiety, depression, anger management, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges.
