9/5/25: Accepting new clients. I truly believe it is never too late to learn about yourself and take steps toward a full, meaningful life. We may be a good match if you are experiencing anxiety, life transitions, grief or loss, or if you want to increase kindness, compassion, and care toward yourself (yes, yourself!) and others. I provide Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which integrates mindfulness, personal values, and taking action. My clients find that it is very possible to learn skills to reduce anxiety, improve communication, and change unhelpful life patterns.
