Warmth, genuine connection, and empathy define my approach to therapy. I believe deeply in the power of every person's life story as a tool to educate, heal, and connect with others. I am committed to providing therapeutic care that promotes introspective growth and engenders self acceptance. I work from a psychodynamic perspective, focusing upon maladaptive patterns of thought and behavior and encouraging insight to understand the root of such patterns. Above all, I hope to help patients feel safe and understood in a non-judgmental environment.
