Have you ever felt alone in your struggles? Well you don't have to be. I would love to walk along side you and assist you in navigating your issues, whether it be childhood trauma, adult trauma, depression, anxiety or general adjustment and every day struggles. I also have experience supporting those with ADHD. I have been trained by some of the biggest leaders in trauma and have extensive experience working with trauma survivors, especially those healing from infidelity. I have additional training in money and work disorders along with multiple addiction issues.
