Maybe you are experiencing something new and unknown, maybe you are tired of feeling the same, or maybe you have absolutely no idea what you are feeling but you want it to go away (or at least get better). Whatever you are seeking relief and change from, I strive to provide a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore, process, learn, and grow. I am also an experienced DBT therapist and offer individual DBT therapy sessions in collaboration with MN state-certified DBT programs, when appropriate.
