I work with people who are trying to find a sense of who they are. I believe each of us is born with an authentic self that guides us on our path and has the innate capacity for healing. When that authentic self is not nurtured enough by our environment, we develop defenses as protection. Patterns of behavior, ways of perceiving the world, and anxiety often result. Through our work together, I help you strengthen your authentic self and explore whether the defenses are still needed. I am interested in your strengths as well as your struggles, and my aim is for you to begin to feel grounded, whole and centered.
