Do you ever feel anxious, upset, or stuck without the right words to explain what you’re going through? Have you wanted to find a way to express and communicate what’s inside in a way that feels authentic to you and at the same time feel understood? I’m passionate about helping teens, adults, and parents feel seen, supported, and empowered to live full and joyful lives. I've been doing this work for 13 years and I specialize in working with neurodivergent clients (particularly late identified), as well as people navigating anxiety, perfectionism and self-esteem challenges. As an art therapist, I will support you with a warm, trauma-informed approach, blending art making, talking, creativity, humor, and curiosity with techniques from CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, IFS, and polyvagal theory. Together, we'll explore your story, address unhelpful patterns, and create strategies that align with your strengths and values.
