I provide a holding space to encourage, nurture, guide, and empower you to make changes in your life through researched based modalities. I see things from a cultural and feminist lens. I've been practicing for the last 5 years as a family clinician. My main focus is working with clients with PTSD, Anxiety, Substance use disorder, and parenting, codependency, and life transitions.
