I work with couples, individuals and families. Through the process of therapy, you can develop new ways of dealing with conflicts, communication difficulties, grief and loss, and many other daily concerns. In a non-judgmental and supportive environment, you can make positive changes for a stronger today and future. I believe that addressing the relationship between couples may require a “sacred space”. This safe space can allow the therapist to work with couples in breaking down walls that may have kept them trapped in overwhelming situations, and aid them in developing deeper connections.
