I am passionate about working with individuals and families, using a variety of therapeutic interventions tailored to each person’s unique needs and preferences. One of my areas of expertise is supporting individuals living with bipolar disorder, as well as their families. I’m currently recruiting participants for group therapy. There are few spaces where we can truly show up as our authentic selves — group therapy offers just that. Techniques used may include behavioral, cognitive, mindfulness-based, family systems, and psychodynamic approaches (group descriptions below).
