In therapy, I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can feel truly seen and empowered to pursue the change you’re longing for. Drawing on EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS), we’ll gently explore the roots of your struggles, while building practical tools—emotional regulation, body awareness, and mindset shifts—to help you move through life with more clarity and resilience. You already hold the capacity for healing and growth; my role is to help you reconnect with that strength and take meaningful steps forward.
