I’m Jodi, an LCSW dedicated to helping young adults and adults heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. I specialize in supporting people through relational issues (including narcissistic relationships and abuse), addiction, and trauma. I offer a warm, non-judgmental online space to help you grow in confidence and connection to yourself as it is easy to lose yourself in an unhealthy relationship (whether with a person or a substance).
