I specialize in working with individuals with trauma, anxiety, addictions, depression, and general life stuff, because life can be hard. I would love to walk alongside and guide you as you begin this journey of renewal and restoration. I can be described as an "eclectic" therapist who is client-centered. That means I use a variety of treatment approaches to meet my clients right where they are, in this moment.
