Therapy with me is supportive, flexible, and personalized to your needs. Our sessions may include Brainspotting, mindfulness, and humor. I show up authentically, and provide a nonjudgmental space for you to do the same. Together, we’ll collaborate on goals, navigate challenges, and learn new coping strategies to improve your overall wellbeing.
