I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology with a background in Recreation Therapy. I have been working in the counseling field since 2009. I believe that establishing healthy boundaries and having a balanced lifestyle help foster emotional health. I specialize in helping individuals, couples, and families identify their emotions and work through cognitive distortions, utilizing a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. I have experience working with individuals who are suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, stress management, and phase of life issues.
