I am a therapist who believes that healing starts with feeling truly seen and heard. I work with adults who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck — maybe you’ve been managing so much for so long that you’ve lost touch with your own needs. My role is to offer a space that feels steady and safe, where you can slow down, make sense of what’s happening, and begin to find your footing again. My approach is gentle but practical. I draw from mindfulness, CBT, and person-centered therapy, but I always start with you — your story, your pace, your goals. Together, we’ll look at what’s getting in the way of calm and self-compassion.
