Welcome, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in the field since 1994. I enjoy helping adults and their families heal and gain new insight and tools with individual, couples and family therapy. I work with people in a collaborative manner with a focus on the mind/body connection and healing from a holistic and cognitive/behavioral approach with ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) for quick resolution of trauma. It is my belief that everyone has the power within themselves for positive change but may need guidance, support and new tools to reach their goals. Some of the issues I address in working with adults and couples are: Trauma/PTSD, Religious Trauma, Sexual Trauma, First Responders, anxiety/depression, Narcissistic abuse, grief/loss, divorce, parenting, conflict resolution, domestic violence, personality disorders, family conflict, couples work, pet loss, sexual abuse and suicide.
