I have a passion for working with neurodiverse individuals having done so in a variety of ways in the last two decades. I take a strength-based approach - let's find what makes your neurotype GREAT, and work with that! I am also honored to help people heal from trauma of all kinds and take a trauma-informed approach to therapy in a multi-disciplinary way. I am currently becoming certified as a CPTSD therapist in the NARM Model and also EMDR to help individuals suffering from trauma heal.
