Currently accepting new clients- my goal as a therapist is to help you navigate life change, establish personal goals and manage stress that may be impacting your mental health. Through thorough assessment and understanding of your experiences, I help clients develop specified treatment plans that are tailored to your unique situation. I hope to provide clinical care that will bring you symptomatic relief and improved quality of life. My experience as a clinical social worker for 18 years has enforced the importance of providing a safe, judgement-free space for clients to explore what already exists, and what they want to exist. My clinical approach entails a solution-focused, cognitive approach that can increase self-awareness and help you manage thoughts that interfere with positive action. I also help clients understand their emotions, behaviors and relation to self. Relationship management and exploring boundaries is also a core focus for many.
