I work with individuals and families who are navigating any life challenge, whether that be grief and loss, parenting, and/or relationship problems. I also work with people who are wanting to make a behavioral change in their lives but currently do not think they have the ability to make that change. Most people enter therapy because they want something they do not have (or) because they have something they do not want. I will support you and guide you alongside your journey as you navigate your challenging situation and make meaningful change in your life and/or the lives of your family members. I treat children, teens, and adults. We all possess unique strengths, and I will help you discover and apply those strengths to solve problems, achieve goals, and improve relationships. I treat clients through a trauma informed lens, and I understand that change can be uncomfortable. This means your emotional safety is my top priority.
