Are you anxious, depressed, or discouraged? Are you struggling with a difficult relationship? Have you recently been diagnosed with cancer or another life-threatening illness? With much experience navigating these issues, I am passionate about joining with clients to create a warm and safe space to move forward in healing and confidence, to identify goals and strengths, and to develop strategies to move beyond a “stuck” place. Having specialized training addressing the social and emotional effects of chronic illness, it is my honor to help patients and family members navigate an often complicated, unfamiliar, and upsetting time. In couples therapy, I help clients to communicate effectively, healing discord and detachment in the relationship, and working as a team. When needed, I also assist with co-parenting. When working with individual clients, I am privileged to encourage awareness, responsibility and growth, helping clients to honor their identity and integrity along the way.
