I am a skilled and practiced therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. I love to work with older teens, adults and couples, and parents. I am a certified EMDR therapist; which is an excellent therapy for the treatment of PTSD, trauma and letting go of the past. I am a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and use this approach for a variety of problematic behaviors, such as: anxiety, habit disorders, or to increase confidence and self esteem. Most of my clients find hypnotherapy extremely helpful to manage their fears and worries. I am also well versed in the Enneagram as a personality analysis and tool.
