There comes a pivotal point in our lives we begin to start questioning our decisions and thoughts, or struggle with the interactions we have in our intimate and platonic relationships. I firmly believe hardships and emotional pain follow us like our own shadow contributing to the way we think, feel, and behave. Do you struggle understanding the WHY? We are born to connect, to be loved, and to be vulnerable! Many issues we experience can stem from early childhood and adolescence, family systems, complex trauma, daily stressors, and life adjustments - often shaping who we are as individuals and how we relate to others. I help my folks regain emotional honesty, self-compassion, healthier thinking patterns, and secure relationships. I have specialized training in Gender Expansive and Inclusive Therapy including sexuality, Early Childhood Mental Health, Relationship-Based/Attachment-Focused modalities, and Complex Trauma. I am gender and neurodivergent affirming.
