So you're thinking you may be ready to try something different? Looking here is a big place to start! We all can face personal struggles that are so intense, we begin to feel as though they will never end. Stepping outside of our comfort zone when reaching out for help may be the first and hardest step in the process. In my practice, I want to provide you that safe place to begin feeling comfortable in uncomfortable moments. I believe in an integrated approach to therapy that incorporates various theories in hopes to best suit each individual. I believe that each person is the expert on themselves and one of my goals is to help you in recognizing your own strengths and abilities to thrive in your life.
