I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to tailor support specific to your needs. We are all living in times of transition and sometimes inviting a moment to slow down and have a check-in can be one of the most radical forms of self-compassion. I draw upon approaches from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Harm Reduction, and Liberation Psychology.
