Do you constantly feel like you are “too much” or a burden because of your emotions? Are past hurts and traumas impacting your life in ways that you can’t tolerate? Or are you a couple looking to reconnect and strengthen your relationship, finally breaking troublesome patterns that have been holding you back? My practice seeks to create a safe space for clients to process emotions fully without fear of judgment or punishment. Basically, I would love for our sessions to be an opportunity to release pain and access the most badass, celebratory parts of yourself that will aid in long-term healing.
