As a therapist, I will work with you and address your challenges from a systemic + relational lens. We will work collaboratively to uncover some of the contexts in which you may have learned to relate to others, and how your own family of origin stories continue to shape how you communicate and address conflict within your relationships. Through this work, we will begin to understand where these issues may be rooted, in order for you to unlearn them and create transformative awareness and the courage to change them. I will fully support you without judgment through this radical exploration in order to begin this important healing.
