Sometimes thoughts and feelings can interfere with our daily activities. While we cannot change the past, we can take positive actions in the present to guide us into the future. I work with children, teens, and adults to help them identify and remove negative thoughts, feelings, and attitudes that act as obstacles to a healthy, happy, and fulfilling life. My aim is to develop a trusting relationship in order to explore life events that may be negatively impacting us and find ways to adapt, change, or accept those events.
