My journey into therapy began with a simple, but powerful belief: that every person deserves the opportunity to heal and grow in a way that feels authentic to them. I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside clients through a range of challenges—trauma, anxiety, grief, depression, mental illness, and life transitions.
