I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand your own story. It is often hard for us to accept help due to society’s belief that we should “handle it” on our own. These unhelpful thinking patterns impact how we interact in our relationships, as well as how we process things as they are happening. I strive to work with clients through the hard times while making the process as enjoyable as possible. We can get caught in bad relationships, trauma cycles, grudges, and anger.
