Warm, kind, compassionate, empathetic and nonjudgmental. These are the qualities that I value and practice as a therapist and educator for over 30 years. Working with pre-teens, teens, young adults and their families to problem solve and fulfill their goals is my life’s work. I am a former middle and high school teacher and school counselor. As a therapist, I enjoy working with kids on a variety of issues in their lives, including ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, and I am passionate about advocating for and supporting LGBTQ+ individuals in living their full and authentic lives, and supporting families in the process.
