I provide psychotherapy, counseling, and group therapy for anxiety, depression, bereavement, grief, men's issues, anger management, substance abuse/addiction, and a wide range of other personal, family, and marital problems, including couples counseling. In addition, I am certified in trauma and addiction treatments. From this foundation, I have a solid understanding of the role that drugs, including prescription drugs and the brain’s own natural compounds, have in affecting a person's mental and emotional health.
