My focus at the outset of therapy and throughout is to provide you an open, supportive, and encouraging environment. I strive to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic setting for you to begin to process and heal. I belief that the therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance for the therapeutic journey to be effective. For this reason, building strong and collaborative trusting relationships with you is essential. It is my view that every individual is unique and arrives in therapy with their own unique strengths. I seek to empower you to identify and utilize your strengths to create meaningful change. In your first session, we will have a brief introduction and review your intake which will provide a better understanding of your needs coming into therapy. I will develop a treatment plan in which will provide guidance and solutions as you continue therapy.
